About Laura
Dr. Laura Christoph brings over 15 years of experience in health, nutrition, and wellness coaching to support the athletes of the Ski Academy. She is passionate about helping young people build healthy habits that fuel both athletic performance and lifelong well-being.
Laura currently serves as the Program Director of Health Sciences at the University of Saint Joseph and co-owns Three Point Balance, a health coaching practice dedicated to helping individuals and families create sustainable, balanced lifestyles. Her professional journey has included leading health and performance coaching at Canyon Ranch, as well as teaching nutrition, fitness, and wellness at both community college and university levels. Her doctoral dissertation focused on nutrition education for 10–12 year olds, reflecting her long-standing commitment to youth health.
In addition to her background as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Personal Trainer, Laura is a Clinical Bone Densitometrist with expertise in supporting bone health in active populations. She has also coached rowing at the collegiate, masters, and high school levels, bringing firsthand experience in developing athletes’ strength, resilience, and teamwork.
At the Ski Academy, Laura provides guidance on nutrition, fitness, and mindset to help athletes stay strong, resilient, and balanced throughout the season. Her mission is to provide a warm and supportive space where each skier can identify and work toward their full potential—in mind, body, and heart.
