1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Charlemont Mountain Academy (“CMA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.
2. Program Enrollment
- 
Admission to CMA’s programs is subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and receipt of all required forms and payments.

Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the application and enrollment process. 
- 
CMA reserves the right to deny or revoke enrollment if required documentation or tuition payments are not received, or if participant conduct violates program policies. 
3. Tuition & Payments
- 
Tuition rates, due dates, and refund policies are provided during enrollment. 
- 
All payments must be made in accordance with the posted payment schedule. 
- 
Any late or missed payments may result in late fees or suspension of participation until the account is current. 
- 
Scholarships or discounts, if offered, are applied at CMA’s discretion and must be confirmed in writing. 
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 
Requests for withdrawal from programs must be submitted in writing to the CMA office. 
- 
Refund eligibility depends on withdrawal date and will follow the refund policy outlined during enrollment. 
- 
CMA reserves the right to cancel or modify programs due to weather, safety, health concerns, or insufficient enrollment. Refunds or credits may be issued at CMA’s discretion. 
5. Participant Responsibilities
- 
All athletes must follow CMA’s Code of Conduct, maintain regular attendance, and comply with safety guidelines on and off the mountain. 
- 
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring athletes have appropriate equipment, insurance coverage, and transportation to and from CMA programs and events. 
6. Waiver & Release of Liability
Participation in snow sports carries inherent risks.
By enrolling in CMA programs, you acknowledge these risks and agree to sign CMA’s Waiver and Release of Liability Form as a condition of participation.
7. Website Use

The content on this site, including text, graphics, and images, is the property of CMA and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

CMA may update or modify the website and these Terms at any time without prior notice.
