About Emma
Emma O’Neal serves as the Parent and Communtiy Coordinator at Charlemont Mountain Academy, where she works closely with families to ensure a seamless partnership between home and school. She is passionate about creating environments where students feel challenged, supported, and empowered, both in the classroom and beyond.

At CMA, Emma ensures that each athlete’s academic journey is personalized and well-integrated with their training. By working hand-in-hand with parents, she helps provide the tools and guidance that allow students to succeed in every aspect of their development.
